Finance Manager - Dubai

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee all finance operations and contribute to the strategic financial planning of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles, operations, and management.

Your new role

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Budget Management: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Forecasting: Conduct financial forecasting and scenario analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, ensuring the organisation maintains sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate external audits and implement recommendations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Financial Systems: Oversee financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights and reports to stakeholders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in financial software and MS Excel, experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
