We are working with a government entity in the UAE looking to strengthen their outstanding legal team by hiring a corporate commercial lawyer with at least 3 years of PQE. This opportunity is available to both regional and expatriate candidates, though only those with experience at top international law firms with a common law qualification will be considered.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable law firm, with a strong focus on corporate and commercial transactions.
• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalising complex commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and commercial contracts.
• Excellent understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to a business audience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Qualified from a reputable common law university.
• Training and experience with a Top Tier International law firm is a strict requirement.
