Hays are supporting a construction organisation who are looking for an Assistant Manager - Investments to join their growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Your new role

As the Assistant Manager - Investments, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out detailed feasibilities, financial modelling for medium to long term projects. Including project financial statements and presentations

• Utilize sophisticated financial modelling techniques for in-depth valuations, cash flow projections, IRR, NPV, PBP calculations, sensitivity analyses, and project debt analysis

• Evaluate feasibility risks associated with potential investments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of risk profiles.

• Carrying out investment modelling and valuation covering different structures i.e. Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Operator structures, Built To Suit incl. IFRS linked valuation.

• Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and local real estate conditions to provide informed insights

• Knowledge of IFRS, Cash flow forecasting and modelling.

• Supporting Financial Planning & Analysis – via modelling Annual Budgets, Business Plans, Forecasts, KPI’s

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within corporate finance teams at any Big 4 or leading Real Estate Firms/Corporates.

• Sound experience in IFRS based financial statements modelling

• CA, CPA, MBA or CFA qualifications

• Experience of Quarterly/Monthly Management Accounts and Variance Analysis would be an advantage.

• Knowledge of different valuation techniques
