Business Analysis Assistant Manager - Jeddah
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analysis Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Analysis Director to identify and capitalise on business growth opportunities, develop strategic reports, and support market intelligence functions. This role is crucial in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and ensuring competitive positioning in the market.
Core Responsibilities:
Business Growth Identification: Assist the Business Analysis Director in identifying new business growth opportunities, including targeting new industries.
Sector Strategy Development: Support the team in creating sector strategy reports, identifying, and prioritising target value chain segments.
Analysis and Reporting: Develop comprehensive analysis reports and presentations on internal and external challenges, as well as strategic business opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Aid in establishing a market intelligence function by gathering data, analysing market trends, and assessing the competitiveness of UJC locally and regionally. Prepare detailed reports summarising findings and recommendations for leadership.
Evaluation Techniques: Assist in developing evaluation techniques and processes for assessing business and investment opportunities. Lead industry research initiatives.
Partnership and Sales Support: Collaborate with Partnerships & Sales to review and challenge business cases developed with prospective SEZ investors, including market data, strategic thinking, proposed investments, and partnership models.
Financial Modelling: Create financial models for analysing various feasibility studies and investment opportunities for core and non-core assets. Update the business plan and develop new business cases.
External Engagements: Support the team during engagements with external advisors and consultants to maximise project value.
Modelling
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, market research, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
