Your new role

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance presentations for senior leadership, the Executive Committee, and the Board.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and provide internal analysis to support key growth initiatives and cost optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate across departments to define, refine, and implement short-and long-term business strategies.
• Support the identification and finalisation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic initiatives for the Corporate Performance Scorecards, ensuring alignment with business plans and strategies.
• Coordinate the end-to-end performance reporting cycle, ensuring timely collection, analysis, and consolidation of performance data from all business segments and support functions.

What you'll need to succeed

• Education: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA are considered an asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate reporting and performance management, preferably within a dynamic, growth-oriented organisation
