Hays are supporting a technology start-up organisation in their search for a Head of Finance in Riyadh.

Your new role

As the Head of Finance, you will lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. This will include:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Develop and implement strategies for long-term financial planning and growth.

• Manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure.

• Oversee and review financial statements, audits, and reports to provide insights to the executive team.

• Support business strategy by offering financial recommendations and performance insights.

• Supervise financial team and departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years of finance experience, including managing all finance operations.

• Professional Certificates in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, CIMA)

• Experience working in a Big 4 Firm is preferable

• Experience using MS Dynamics would be a bonus

What you'll get in return

Salary range of 30000 - 40000 SAR per month + family benefits + bonus
