NOW HIRING A HSE DIRECTOR BASED IN RIYADH TO HELP MANAGE A PRESTIGIOUS PROJECT!

Your new company

HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a globally recognised Project Management and Cost Consultancy whose Riyadh operation is growing rapidly. Due to a new contract win, we are now assisting them with key hires for this project.

Your new role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Director for a prestigious PMC project in Riyadh. Our client is known for its high standards in engineering and aims to bring the same level of quality to (PMC operations, ensuring the utmost attention to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with a significant portion in a PMC environment, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Certified IOSH or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of KSA's HSE regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive HSE initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
