Your new role

• Manage the entire logistics process for precious items, including order processing, packaging, shipping, and delivery coordination.
• Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective logistics strategies to meet customer expectations and optimise delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth logistics operations and address any issues that may arise.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and customs brokers to secure the best rates and services.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any shipping delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and tracking information.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the transportation of precious metals. -Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance requirements to safeguard precious items during transit and delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics
• Deep understanding of the gold and precious metals industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and security protocols.
• Strong experience in e-commerce logistics, with a focus on order fulfilment, shipping, and delivery
