The IT Solutions Specialist provides technical IT support (installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting) for healthcare IT solutions at client sites. This role is crucial for implementing, organising, monitoring, and optimising the performance of installed IT solutions.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot digital healthcare solutions, documenting all activities.
• Consult on connectivity, compliance, and security related to these solutions, ensuring HIS/LIS integration via HL7/ASTM.
• Support sales with technical expertise and presentations.
• Translate product features into client benefits.
• Implement digital solutions, integrating analytics and data flow concepts.
• Conduct and document client training.
• Provide ongoing client support.
• Build relationships with client IT teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate client needs to the development team.
• Ensure adherence to security policies.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, or Networking (post-graduate preferred).
• 2–3 years of Healthcare IT experience (LIS/HIS), including practical IT solutions, Windows OS/Server knowledge, and network understanding.
• Experience with HL7/ASTM, networks, databases, data protection regulations, and firewall solutions.
• Experience with relevant IT solutions (e.g., Navify).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
