- Driving Sales & Marketing development and strategy for local HORECA & Retail network clients as this business quickly progresses through an aggressive growth stage.

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Agricultural sales
- Proven ability at direct selling techniques and driving sales to meet targets. Has a network within HORECA & supermarket chains.
- Proficiency in online marketing strategies, including social media, SEO...

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Competence in negotiating deals and contracts with buyers effectively.
- Experience working collaboratively with other departments, such as operations and product development
- Ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the food industry.
