Manager Finance & Accounts job - Investment Firm in Riyadh - Competitive monthly salary

Hays are currently partnered with a growing Investment Firm who are looking to hire a Manager of Finance & Accounts to join their team in Riyadh.


As the Manager of Finance & Accounts, you will be overseeing the Finance and Accounting Division’s activities and ensuring effective handling of financial and accounting transactions. This will also include:
  • Manage and maintain the accounting system, supervise accounting transactions, and issue financial statements and reports.
  • Direct financial planning and analysis, providing recommendations on strategic financial decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially CMA’s prudential and minimum capital requirements.
  • Participate in formulating strategies, policies, and goals for Investment Firm and the Finance Division.
  • Manage financial programs, including budgeting, Zakat, cost analysis, and other financial processes.
  • Direct the preparation of financial documents, reports, and special analyses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise work activities to ensure compliance with SOCPA (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Saudi) and the organisation's policies.
  • Analyse the Firm's financial situation to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Provide the CEO and Board of Directors with timely and accurate financial advice and trends.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of external and internal audits.
  • Evaluate funding needs and investment of surplus, recommending strategies for healthy cash flow management.


Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • +7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, within investment sector or capital market is essential.
  • CMA, CPA, SOCPA or equivalent certification.
  • Must have a professional knowledge of accounting practices, budgets, Zakat, financial reports, and reporting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations.
