Your new role
As the Senior Resident Engineer, you will supervise and manage day to day operations of the construction site. The Senior Resident Engineer will coordinate between the client, contractors and sub consultants to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the Senior Resident Engineer position in Dubai, candidates will possess the following:
- Strong background in the Construction Industry (18+ years)
- Experience working on a Masterplan Project (Villas) in Dubai
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Competent in Construction Management, Project Management, Contract Administration and Commercial Management
- Dubai based
