Your new role

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement information security programs, plans, and processes.
• Create and manage access right matrices.
• Conduct regular information security audits.
• Identify and address training needs for employees.
• Develop and deliver information security awareness and training programs.
• Contribute to incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on information security matters.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need:

• 6-8 years of experience in information security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of information security frameworks and standards.
• Experience in conducting security audits and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in information security (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA).
• Experience in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of risk management and assessment methodologies.
