Hays are currently partnered with a financial brokerage firm growing their operations in the UAE with their search for a Head of Research and Product Development.

Your new role

This role holds responsibility for developing and executing the R&D roadmap, carrying out R&D for product development, developing complex financial models, trading strategies, risk management tools and working closely with department heads to integrate research insights into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• CFA, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Advanced Degree (MSc/PhD) in Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in financial modelling, trading strategy development, and R&D leadership roles within financial institutions or brokerage firms.
• Proven expertise in financial markets, asset classes, and brokerage operations.
