Your new role

As a HRBP, your role will be to work closely with the Head of HR to support various business units to drive people and culture initiatives. You will be driving best practices in Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Talent Management, Change Management and Performance. As a trusted advisor, your role is to find solutions in contributing to the development of the organisation goals through its human capital initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

The role requires a minimum of 8 years experience in human resources with 3 years in a leadership capacity managing a team. You will also require extensive knowledge of the UAE labour laws and the ability to operate HRIS system. It is essential to have experience in workforce planning and budgeting together with a strong ability to drive change and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
