Lead and manage the successful implementation of an HRMS system across multiple locations

Job Purpose
Lead and manage the successful implementation of an HRMS system across multiple locations, ensuring user adoption and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for HRMS implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Gather, analyse, and validate HR data for system integration.
  • Oversee system configuration, testing, and training.
  • Provide ongoing support and resolve post-implementation issues.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of HRMS implementation project management experience.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HRMS implementations in the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of Middle East labour laws.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
