Initial client briefing
An executive search consultant specialising in your industry will meet with you to outline search requirements, timelines, future organisational strategy and mission, and to get an understanding of your corporate culture.
Market analysis and candidate profile
Before we commence the headhunt process, we will first provide you with a deep analysis of the market and create a compelling job profile and attraction brief for your review and approval. This will provide the confidence that we understand the position and we are conveying the relevant message to the candidates.
Talent mapping
The in-house executive research team will analyse and map out comparable companies and systematically target key talent from these firms, as well as other potential professionals across the region or potentially across the globe. We follow a structured, pro-active and methodical search process.
Assessment
All candidates are interviewed by one or more senior team members to explore their background, competencies and interest in the role. We also provide a complimentary psychometric assessment of shortlisted candidates which shows a clear, holistic image of that individual and digs deep into their leadership DNA.
Offer and negotiation
The executive search team is experienced in the mediation of job offers and assisting clients and candidates to reach a conclusion that works for all parties.
Transparency
A client report will be shared with you at the end of the assignment, detailing all of the candidates identified and approached and the outcomes. This provides a useful insight into the market and complete transparency of our work.
Onboarding
The process doesn't stop at headhunting. We work in collaboration with you to assist your new executive in crafting a plan to integrate into the business successfully. Also, through the first 90 days, our consultants gather and share feedback on the first impressions the executive is creating during that time at your organisation.
